An artist inspired by Ethiopia, a storyteller who lives by the sea, and early 2000’s London all feature in ADRIFT. When ADRIFT’s protagonist meets her artist Robin, he has just arrived from a year in Ethiopia, and his new creations will stem from his experiences. I had hoped to share more of my memories from my own visit to Ethiopia within ADRIFT than I had been able to, so in my next blog I’ll include the tale of how I came to visit Adis Ababa.
